1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This includes:

  • Account information (name, email address, company name)
  • Microsoft Fabric and Power BI workspace metadata (report names, usage stats, capacity data)
  • Usage data and activity logs within the PGR Sonar platform
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely via our payment provider)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Run automated analysis of your Power BI and Fabric metadata
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the service

3. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted to and from PGR Sonar is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Your Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments are accessed only via OAuth tokens and service principals with the minimum required read-only permissions. We store tenant metadata (workspace structures, asset names, usage statistics, and capacity metrics) in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted in Azure; we never store your report contents, semantic model data, or underlying business data. Service principal secrets you provide are encrypted at rest.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at sonar@pgrdata.com.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Microsoft Azure — Hosting, authentication (Entra ID), database, and integration with the Fabric & Power BI APIs
  • Payment provider — Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never store your card details on our servers

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at sonar@pgrdata.com.
