We count the total number of Power BI report assets and semantic models across all workspaces that you have enabled for synchronization inside PGR Sonar settings. Assets in workspaces with synchronization turned off are completely ignored and do not count toward your licensing limits.

No. PGR Sonar ignores personal workspaces by default. We only connect and synchronize organizational collaborative workspaces, so your personal assets will never impact your billing tier.

If your tenant’s asset count exceeds your plan limit, we notify you by email and give you a 7-day window to react. If the count is still above the limit after that, background synchronization pauses until you either upgrade to a higher band or turn off synchronization for specific workspaces to bring the monitored asset count back within limits.

Yes! Unlike capacity-based licensing, PGR Sonar does not charge you based on the number of Microsoft Fabric capacities or workspaces you connect. You can hook up 1 capacity or 100 capacities; we only calculate your rate based on the cumulative count of active monitored assets (reports + semantic models).
