By accessing or using PGR Sonar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those with free trials and paid subscriptions.
PGR Sonar provides a SaaS platform for FinOps, governance, and observability of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments. All metadata analysis, capacity utilization reports, cost optimization recommendations, and telemetry data are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any recommendations before taking action, and PGR Sonar is not responsible for any modifications you make to your Power BI or Fabric tenant settings.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to core features up to a limit of 10 monitored Reports + Semantic Models. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, your active background synchronization will be suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selected Reports + Semantic Models capacity. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If your active asset count exceeds your plan limit, background synchronization will be suspended until you upgrade or exclude workspaces. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree to use the Service in a professional, legal, and ethical manner. You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PGR Data Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your metadata. Microsoft®, Power BI®, Microsoft Fabric®, and Microsoft Entra® are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. PGR Sonar is an independent SaaS utility developed by PGR Data Solutions and has no official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval from Microsoft Corporation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGR Sonar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to Microsoft tenant downtime, API rate-limiting events, Fabric SKU capacity throttle events, or cost overruns. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PGR Sonar, its affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your configuration of Microsoft Entra ID permissions, or the API permissions you grant to the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at sonar@pgrdata.com.
